We don’t start with the solution.
Jade Theory helps founders and growing teams work through the decisions, recurring friction, and people questions that come with building a business. Start with a guided one- or two-hour session: bring a real situation, and we’ll help you see it more clearly and choose a grounded next move.
WOMAN-FOUNDED & WOMAN-OWNED · BUILT BY A SMALL TEAM OF WOMEN
Come as you are. Bring the real question.
We help you think through a live business situation, make a useful decision, or understand what keeps repeating. The right amount of support depends on the size of the question and who needs to be part of it.

Explore the pathClarity has a human side.
Jade Theory is a woman-founded, woman-owned consulting studio built by a small team of women. We came from startups and fast-moving entrepreneurial teams, where we learned how much shared context, direct conversations, and people close to the work can make possible. We also saw what happens as a business grows: decisions get farther from daily reality, and good people are left trying to make unclear systems work.
We stepped out to build a studio shaped by those lessons, on our own terms. We bring strategy, operations, design, and a real understanding of people into the same conversation. We listen carefully, look for the pattern beneath the immediate issue, and help build a way forward that people can actually use.
You can come to us as you are.
People carry the work.
We listen to the people living with a decision. Their experience helps us see what a plan is actually asking of them.
Clarity creates agency.
When priorities, tradeoffs, and ownership are visible, people have more room to make thoughtful decisions together.
Trust should feel true.
What a business promises on the outside should match how it works and how people experience it on the inside.
Maybe everyone is trying, but you are still the person holding the pieces together. Maybe the same issue keeps coming back, and you are starting to wonder what you have missed. You can bring that here. We’ll listen, sort what is known from what is still uncertain, and help you find a next step that feels possible.
- “The decision I keep returning to is…”
- “The last time this happened was…”
- “I wish someone could help me see…”
Start with a session.
These are guided working conversations with a clear focus, light preparation, and a short written recap. You do not need to know the root cause or choose the perfect service before you contact us.
One hour to find the thread.
$225Bring one bounded question, a decision that keeps circling, or a priority you cannot quite place. We’ll clarify what matters, name the options and tradeoffs, and find the next decision you can make.
- A short context prompt before we meet
- One focused, guided conversation
- A written recap with the decision frame and immediate next steps
Two hours to make sense of it.
$400Bring a situation with connected moving parts: a handoff that keeps breaking, competing priorities, or a team waiting on the same approval. We’ll sketch the pattern, separate what is known from what still needs evidence, and sequence a next step.
- A short context prompt and any relevant examples
- Time to map relationships, causes, and tradeoffs
- A written recap with priorities and a grounded next move

Where would you start?
You do not have to name the problem perfectly. Choose the line that feels closest to today, and we’ll offer a place to begin.
What sounds familiar?
Start with what is true today.
Tap a thought on the left. We’ll reflect back one way to approach it, without asking you to have the whole answer first.
This is a conversation starter, not a diagnosis. We’ll help you find the right scope together.
EXPLORE THE WORKING SESSIONS“What is one thing you keep having to explain that your business should already make clear?”
Who else is living this?
The same situation can feel different depending on where someone sits. Tap a perspective to see what we might ask next.
“What decision keeps finding its way back to you—and what context would let someone else make it well?”
One real example is enough to begin. What working together feels like.
We make it easy to begin. You bring your experience of the situation; we bring careful questions, structure, and a way to turn the conversation into an actionable next step.
Give us the real context.
In your email, tell us what made you reach out, one recent example, and what you would like to leave with. “I’m not sure yet” is a useful answer. We’ll reply personally, confirm the right starting point and availability, and ask only for focused prework. A relevant document is optional.
Think out loud, with a guide.
We’ll listen to the example, explore what has already been tried, and reflect back what we hear so you can correct us. Expect thoughtful questions and room to think. If the issue is larger than one conversation, we’ll identify what evidence and participation would be needed next.
Leave with a way forward.
We’ll send a concise recap of what we heard, the working interpretation, what remains uncertain, and a practical next step. If a larger scope would serve you better, we’ll explain the recommendation clearly and leave the decision with you.
A deeper way through.
For connected challenges across a business, the full Engagement Flow is a deeper engagement that typically unfolds over roughly 12–20 weeks. Each phase makes the next more useful, and we move forward when the work is ready.
Clarify
Find focus, make the decision landscape visible, and restore room to think.
Evaluate
Trace recurring friction to its causes, with context and without blame.
Align
Turn insight into shared decisions, ownership, and ways of working.
Elevate
Make the internal reality visible in positioning and experience people can trust.
What it can feel like, before and after.
Every founder and team begins in a different place. This is the direction we work toward as clarity becomes something people can use.
“I’m carrying the full picture. The same friction keeps returning, and everything seems to come back to me.”
For a team, that can feel like guessing what matters, waiting for approval, or doing their best without shared context.
“I can think clearly again. We understand what keeps happening, and I can step back without losing the thread.”
For a team, that can mean clearer ownership and more confidence to act. The business begins to feel as coherent on the inside as it appears on the outside.
We get the full picture together.
We start with a conversation about fit, then agree on the question, scope, and what success would look like. After an agreement, a more thorough intake helps us understand the founder, the people involved, the decisions in motion, and what has already been tried. We use that context throughout the work.
Make the change stick.
The work should be usable in real decisions, handoffs, and experiences—not just on a page. If ongoing help would be useful, we can scope optional embedded support afterward, often for three to six months, to check adoption, listen to feedback, and refine what needs adjusting.
We’re preparing to open full Engagement Flow conversations. Join the interest list and we’ll email you when they begin. It’s simply a way to stay close; there’s no commitment to book.
